We will refund any order (in credits) that was not fully satisfied by an error in our systems, up to 30 days after has been submitted. We will do not refund any order that wasn't correctly completed due errors in the input provided by the user (wrong media format, wrong language selected at the moment of submitting the order, wrong use of the editor and it's features) or any third party resource that the order depends on (faults in the speech to text conversion generated by Google Inc. cloud services)
All credits purchased are final, and can't be exchanged por money at a later time or exchanged for something else, except the payment of desgins in the app.
